Signelio is designed to work across desktop and mobile browsers. The current rollout focuses on responsive web flows rather than a separate native mobile application.

Before you begin

A modern mobile browser

A stable internet connection

An understanding of whether you are sending or signing

Use the mobile-authenticated workspace

Core boards such as Documents, Inbox, Sent, Pending, and Completed have route-owned mobile views with shared mobile navigation.

Settings uses its own mobile header and intentionally does not mount the main authenticated footer.

Use the mobile signing workbench

Authenticated and public signing flows have their own mobile action bars so the signing workstation stays usable on smaller screens.

If you are signing on a phone, test your preferred signature method before you need to complete a time-sensitive package.

Stay inside the browser flow

If a document is sent to you by email, open the signing link directly in your mobile browser.

For senders, use the responsive authenticated app rather than expecting a separate app-store download path.

Pro Tips

Keep PDFs lightweight and clean for a better mobile signing experience.

Use typed signatures on smaller screens if drawing is uncomfortable.

If the workflow includes several recipients, double-check routing mode before sending from mobile.
