Refund Policy

Signelio offers a free trial so teams can evaluate the product before moving to a paid plan. Trial access is not billed, so no refund applies during the trial period.

Paid plan charges are generally non-refundable once the billing period starts, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where we explicitly agree otherwise in writing. We encourage customers to review their current workspace needs before confirming an upgrade.

Token allowances, token packs, and other volume-based purchases are intended to fund signing capacity and operational usage. Once tokens are purchased or provisioned to a workspace, they are generally non-refundable except in cases of duplicate billing, billing error, or as otherwise required by law.

Enterprise pricing, custom order forms, and negotiated commercial terms may include their own cancellation, renewal, or refund rules. Where a signed agreement conflicts with this public policy, the signed agreement controls for the covered customer relationship.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, billed twice, or provisioned the wrong commercial package, contact our team promptly with the relevant invoice, workspace name, and a short explanation of the issue. We will review the request and correct confirmed billing mistakes as quickly as reasonably possible.
