The authenticated Signelio workspace is organized around route-specific boards instead of a single generic list. Once you know what each root owns, it becomes much easier to track active work and follow up at the right time.

Documents and Sent

Documents is your broad sender workspace for drafts and recently touched packages.

Sent focuses on packages that are already in motion, including resend, reminder, and void actions.

Inbox and Pending

Inbox highlights packages waiting on you as a recipient or participant.

Pending helps senders focus on packages waiting on others so follow-up work stays visible.

Completed and Settings

Completed is the artifact archive for signed PDFs, certificates, manifests, and audit-oriented actions.

Settings owns profile, notifications, compliance, security, and billing. It uses its own shell so workspace settings stay separate from the main document boards.

Pro Tips

Use Sent when you need delivery actions, not Documents.

Use Completed when you need artifacts or evidence instead of current workflow state.

Keep settings changes inside the settings shell so workspace defaults stay easy to audit.
