Signelio supports typed, drawn, and uploaded signature flows in the signing workbench. Your profile stores a preferred method so the authenticated experience can start in the mode you use most often.

A preferred signing method in mind
If using uploads, a clean image file of your signature
Open Settings > Profile & Signature Identity and choose draw, type, or upload as your preferred signing method.
That preference becomes the default starting point inside authenticated signing sessions.
Your display name, signer title, company name, and initials are all part of your signing identity.
Those values show up across audit trails, sender identity surfaces, and completion artifacts.
During an actual signing session you can still switch methods if the default does not fit the document or device.
Uploaded signatures are stored as private immutable assets rather than public media files.
Set initials in profile so initials fields render consistently.
If you often sign on mobile, test both typed and drawn modes before an urgent package arrives.
Keep uploaded signature files clean and high-contrast for better final output.
Use this as a quick signal while the public knowledge base is static.
