Profile settings are more than a personal details form. They influence what other people see in the app, what appears in completion records, and which signature method opens by default during authenticated signing.
Access to the Profile settings page
Your preferred display name and signer details
If needed, a signature image for upload-based signing
Display name, signer title, company name, initials, and timezone all belong here.
These values appear across sender identity surfaces, certificates, and audit-related records.
Pick draw, type, or upload so authenticated signing sessions start in the mode you prefer.
You can still switch methods during a real signing flow.
If your name, title, or team role changes, update profile settings before the next important send.
Consistent identity data keeps artifacts and audit records clearer later.
Set initials intentionally; they show up in more places than most teams expect.
Use the company name field consistently if several workspaces share similar names.
Update your profile before a large external send, not after.
Use this as a quick signal while the public knowledge base is static.
