Billing coordination is still a team-assisted flow in the current product. That means keeping the right workspace owner, viewer email, and billing contact visible matters more than clicking through a self-serve card-management form.

Billing pages currently fall back to the workspace owner, viewer email, or membership email to identify the contact path.

That makes it important to keep workspace ownership and personal account details current.

Use the current coordination path

For plan changes, token requests, invoicing questions, or enterprise billing setup, Signelio routes the action through a support or contact flow rather than a self-serve billing portal.

Use the visible contact path instead of assuming a hidden portal exists.

Keep internal ownership clear

If several people handle finance or operations, agree on who should be the primary billing contact for the workspace.
