Sending is the moment a draft becomes operational work. Before you press send, Signelio gives you one last chance to verify routing, reminder cadence, and recipient messaging.

Before you begin

A prepared draft with recipients

A PDF ready for delivery

A decision on routing and follow-up timing

Verify the draft

Check title, source PDF, and recipients before moving into the review step.

If you changed anything late in the process, verify that the document still reflects the intended package.

Confirm delivery settings

Review due date, auto-reminder cadence, link expiration, and custom message.

These choices shape the recipient experience and the timing of your future follow-up work.

Send and monitor

Once sent, use Sent for sender-side actions and Pending or Inbox depending on whether you are tracking others or your own assigned work.

If recipients do not act, use reminders or resends instead of creating duplicate packages.

Pro Tips

Choose the due date before writing the message so the note and timeline stay aligned.

If the workflow is urgent, avoid vague titles and vague messages.

Use resend only when the original link or email path really needs replacement.
