Signelio supports reminder defaults at the workspace level and per-document reminder choices during review. The goal is to keep documents moving without sending too many follow-up emails.

Review workspace defaults

Owners and admins can configure default reminder cadence, max reminder count, and expiration warning behavior in Notifications settings.

Those defaults seed new document workflows and reduce repetitive setup work.

Adjust per document when needed

Use the review step to change reminder cadence for a specific package if the standard workspace default does not fit.

A short deadline often needs a different reminder pattern than a low-pressure acknowledgement flow.

Follow up with intent

If a recipient still has not acted, check activity before sending extra reminders or using resend.

A reminder is helpful when the original link is fine and the issue is timing, not access.

Pro Tips

Align reminder cadence with the due date so the timing feels intentional.

Do not use aggressive reminder settings by default unless the workflow truly requires them.

Check whether the document is sequential before expecting all recipients to act immediately.
