Resend is useful when a recipient missed or cannot locate the original email, or when you need Signelio to issue a fresh notification path. It is not a substitute for fixing deeper routing mistakes.
A sent or in-progress package
Confirmation that the recipient record itself is correct
A reason to issue fresh delivery instead of a reminder
Use reminder when the original path is still valid and the issue is simply timing.
Use resend when the recipient needs a fresh notification delivery and access message.
The Sent route exposes resend actions for eligible packages.
After you resend, watch the status message so you can confirm delivery work was queued.
If the package itself is still valid, resend is almost always better than creating a duplicate document.
Only build a new package when the underlying content or recipient structure actually changed.
Check the recipient email address before you resend.
Prefer reminder over resend when the recipient already has a valid link.
Use status history to understand whether the real issue is access, timing, or a declined package.
Use this as a quick signal while the public knowledge base is static.
