Completion triggers more than a status change. Signelio records final audit events, generates final artifacts, and moves the package into the completed archive for later access.
A package close to completion
Awareness of your personal notification settings
A need to coordinate final artifact access
Once all required work is done, the package leaves active sender follow-up flows and moves into Completed.
At that point the system begins exposing the signed PDF, certificate, and manifest as they are generated.
Personal notification preferences control how email and digest-style updates are handled.
Workspace defaults also shape reminder and expiration behavior before completion occurs.
After a completion notice, use the Completed archive to access artifacts or hand the package into downstream systems.
If the workflow needs compliance review, pair artifact downloads with the relevant audit exports.
Keep completed notifications enabled if you regularly hand documents off to operations or legal teams.
Check Completed rather than relying only on email when a package is time-sensitive.
If a certificate or manifest is still generating, refresh the archive before escalating.
Use this as a quick signal while the public knowledge base is static.
