Signelio tracks membership at the workspace level, but self-serve team management is still limited in the current product surface. That means invite and access work may involve the workspace owner or the Signelio team.

Workspace membership exists in the backend and governs access to authenticated routes.
The public settings surface does not yet expose a full self-serve invite-and-manage teammate console.
If you need another teammate added, coordinate first with the workspace owner or admin.
If your rollout needs broader access changes, use Contact Us or Support so the team can help verify ownership and expected access.
Owner and admin roles matter for reminder defaults, compliance settings, and billing coordination.
Before expanding access, decide who should be able to change workspace-level behavior versus who only needs day-to-day document access.
