Completed packages in Signelio do not stop at the signed PDF. The archive also tracks certificate and manifest artifacts so you can keep evidence with the finalized package.

Completed is the artifact-centric route for finalized workflows.
Each row exposes package status plus quick actions for the certificate, signed PDF, audit trail, and manifest when available.
Choose the right artifact
Use the signed PDF when you need the finalized document itself.
Use the certificate or manifest when downstream reviewers need extra evidence about completion and generated package records.
Store artifacts together
Keep the signed PDF and supporting artifacts together in your downstream storage system whenever possible.
That makes later compliance review or operational troubleshooting much easier.
Pro Tips
Check the certificate and manifest columns before assuming the package is fully generated.
Download artifacts shortly after completion if your team mirrors them into another repository.
Pair artifact exports with any compliance CSV exports you run from settings.
