That makes them easier to share with customers, counsel, or procurement teams.
Use authenticated settings for workspace controls
Compliance settings in the authenticated app manage workspace-specific defaults such as retention and exports.
Those controls should not be confused with the public policy pages.
Keep the two layers connected
When answering a trust question, it is often useful to share both the relevant public policy page and the relevant workspace control description.
That keeps policy and implementation context together.
