Integration planning stalls when important context is missing. A short but complete request helps the Signelio team tell you what is possible and what needs more design work.

Before you begin

A drafted request or ticket

The name of the target system

A defined trigger and outcome

Include trigger and destination

Name the document event or workflow milestone that should trigger the integration.

Name the receiving system, team, or endpoint clearly.

Include artifact and policy needs

Say whether the downstream system needs a signed PDF, certificate, manifest, export, metadata, or some combination.

Also include any timing or retention expectations.

Include owners and urgency

A request is easier to scope when both the business owner and technical owner are clear.

If the integration has a deadline, say so up front.

Pro Tips

Do not bury the target system name in the middle of the request.

Include one example workflow if possible.

State whether the first version can be manual-plus-export instead of fully automated.
